100 Ghost Street: The Return of Richard Speck
The movie is filmed as a found footage. A group of paranormal investigators go to an abandoned dormitory where a man named Richard Speck killed eight women. The story of Richard Speck is true. In 1966, he was convicted of murder and was sentenced to death. However, the Supreme Court deemed capital punishment as unconstitutional. He was then told to his out his life but he had a heart attack, dying at 49.
Some of the characters have questionable morals which ultimately leads to their downfall. The group also has no sense of urgency to leave the haunted place.
